Meet our Chef, Sergio
With more than 20 years of experience, Sergio has always been very talented at cooking. His gastronomic journey began in 1997 when he and his wife, Alethea, started selling lunches in the interior of Brazil.
After coming to the United States, his first job was as a kitchen worker in Long Branch. From that moment on, Sergio was never the same. His passion for cooking grew and he opened his first restaurant.
Always with a lot of struggle, dedication, and love, Sergio enchanted customers with his exclusive seasoning. Over time and with resounding success, Long Branch became too small for Sergio’s. So, he decided to take his incomparable taste to Philly and Riverside as well. And he doesn’t plan to stop anytime soon, keep an eye open for future locations.
